How long does pickup take?

We usually schedule pickups within 1-3 business days. Same-day is sometimes available.

Do I need to sort the items?

No need to sort. Just bag or box them neatly. We sort everything at our warehouse.

Can I get a tax receipt?

Yes! Just let us know when scheduling and we’ll provide a donation receipt.

What if I have large items?

Please contact us first. We can accept some larger items depending on space and condition.
