By using Shasta Stash services, website, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Our Services

Shasta Stash is a thrift store in Orange County, California offering secondhand goods, 24/7 free delivery, and free donation pickup. All transactions are cash-only.

3. Cash-Only Policy

All purchases must be paid in cash upon delivery or pickup. We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, or digital payments.

4. Return & Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final – No Refunds or Exchanges

Due to the nature of thrift and secondhand goods, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Exceptions (Rare Cases Only):

The item received is significantly different from the description provided (e.g., major damage not disclosed).
The item is non-functional when it was described as working (electronics only).

Note: Minor wear consistent with secondhand items (light fading, small marks, normal usage signs) is expected and does not qualify for return.

To request an exception, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

5. Delivery Terms

Free delivery available 24/7 within Orange County.
Delivery times are estimates only.
Customer must be present to accept delivery and make payment.

6. Donation Policy

We accept gently used, clean items in good condition. We reserve the right to refuse any donation. By donating, you confirm the items are yours to give.

7. Limitation of Liability

Shasta Stash is not liable for indirect damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the item.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by California law. Disputes shall be resolved in Orange County courts.
